Action:
In traditional medicine, passionflower is used as a sedative, but also as a tonic drink, as an aphrodisiac, to relieve spasms, pain of various types. According to some new research, the effect of passionflower (leaves) on suppressing cough can be compared with that of codeine, which is found in many syrups. There is a lot of representative data on the blood pressure lowering properties of the herb, and recently on its ability to act as an aphrodisiac and improve fertility. The analgesic effect of passionflower is considered to be indisputably recognized.
Presentation:
Passionflower, also called the "flower of passion", is characterized by beautiful flowers and exotic-tasting fruits.
